What is the Secret of Fast Weight Loss?

Being fat is passe.  It causes a multitude of health problems and robs years out of an otherwise healthy life.  It pulls down the confidence factor and makes the person feel uneasy about life.

To discover the secret of fast weight loss, it all starts with sticking to a routine and making it habitual during the course of life.  In such an altered phase it is essential that we give importance to our body so that we can have a long and happy life.  These include mostly fresh fruits, vegetables and dairy products.  A bowl of assorted fruits everyday would do the magic.

Pumping Iron: Everyday it is essential that at least an hour is scheduled for exercise.  It is not necessary to hit the gym or go for any aerobic classes.  The easiest would be to go for a walk everyday.  It is good if we take close to 7 or 8 glasses of water a day.

However it is advisable not to drink water immediately after a meal as much of the nutrients would be lost in the process.  All it needs is patience and willpower to carry on the regimen everyday to make it habitual.
