Effective Fat Loss Tips to Burn Fat Fast

With the promise of quick fix solutions and instant gratification plastered all over televisions, magazines and the Internet you would think that society as a whole would be getting healthier.  Not only are consumers throwing money down the toilet but the frustration that results from yo yo diets takes a toll mentally, its no surprise that only 5% of people are able to obtain permanent fat loss results.

Food is your friends not your enemy.

There is no secret they ain't telling you, the secret is in front of you. The secret is knowing that anyone can have a super charged metabolism and melt away the fat with simple changes to their diets and meal frequencies.

The human body is designed for survival, if you are not eating the natural speed your body is burning fuel (fat) for energy slows down, it has to for survival, it assumes that you will not be eating for a period of time therefore keeping that fat around your stomach and problem areas as an energy reserve.  Slip your breakfast over two meals, one when you wake up the other a few hours later.

Never Skip Breakfast - Time and time again people looking to lose weight are committing the cardinal sin of skipping breakfast, don't do it.

Cut Down Processed Sugars - Added sugar to your daily calorie intake not only produces an insulin spike thus helping keep your fat exactly where it is, but it has no health benefits, they are referred to as negative calories. Cut snacks such as chocolate bars and soft drinks out of your diet. Because they are high in calories many can overindulge, blowing their daily calorie intake in only one meal.

Increase Protein Intake - Eat lean red meat and white meat which contains high amount of protein that is essential for fat loss.  Eating chicken and fish, as well as egg whites will help you greatly in feeling satisfied and keeping your calorie intake where it should be.

Don't be scared of the FAT word.

These fats are crucial for a balanced diet and for regulation of body hormones. It can also occur when you have too much salt in your diet as the salt (sodium) draws more water into your body and keeps it there.  Do not add salt to your foods for flavor!
